In this FY I had received Rs. 30,000/- Rent can I declare this amount to my company for Form 16
so that they can also deposit TDS in my other income

Yes You Can Provide Any Income Information Other than your Business Loss for compuation of your Total Income And accordingly he will deduct TDS from your salary and as you said you have received a rent of Rs.30000 so may be House property is on your name and if this house property is within same city than it will affect any HRA claimed by you
