What is the tax treatment to a sikkimese individual u/s 10(26AAA)....is income from any source exempt to them??

The following incomes will be exempted - 1) Income from any source 'in the state of sikkim'. 2) But income from dividend /interest on securities from 'any where in india'. 3) no exemption is available to sikkimese women if she gets married to non sikkim person on or after 01.04.2008.
