14 August 2015I opted self study for direct taxation for ca final.. I am referring t.n manoharan book. My doubt is there are no. Of case laws under each section specially for pgbp and capital gains.. Do i need to study and remember each and every case law??
Or is it sufficient if i study case laws from icai selected case laws material which is issued 3mon before exam?? Please help me

Hi Lavanya,
There is no need to remember each and every case law. If you just remember the landmark judgements then that will be enough.
But you need to remember all the case laws from ICAI case study book relevant for your attempt.
