Mr. X is a Non Resident . He works on the ship the salary of which is received in his bank Account in India.is his income taxable in India?
What will it be if Mr.X is RNOR?

If the ship is an Indian Ship the salary shall be taxable in India. If not then he can claim benefit under the tax treaty with country in which Mr. X is tax resident. Ofcourse he shall have to submit the TRC (Tax Residency Certificate).
The taxation of an RNOR works in the same way as of an NRI with the exception that Income received and accrued outside India from a business controlled or set up in India is taxable in India
