Of course he has to file his income tax return.
He has to file ROI if his salary crosses 5 lakhs per annum
Why wouldnt he be filing his Income Tax Return ??
When Abdul Kalam can stand in a line at the time of casting of votes, why should thye be exempted from filing Income Tax Return??
