HI Friends, 

I have a doubt in Direct Taxes, like when ur reading either a Head or any other chapter in DT, i come across many CASE LAWS which are held in earlier years, from an examination point do i need to READ these case laws???

Here i'm talking abt CASE LAWS other than the those which are mentioned by ICAI relevant for the exams NOV'12. 

PLS HELP ME IN MY PREPARARTION FOR EXAM.
