Company or a Firm has to deduct tax mandatorily other than tax audited individuals.

For Salary Income:
ANY PERSON Responsible for paying any income chargeable under the head salaries i.e. all kind of assessees....
ANY PERSON other than Individual or HUF not covered under audit in P.Y. immidiately preceeding C.Y. is responsible to deduct tax under other heads
