15 November 2008i m working as an accountant in pvt.co.
in the F.A.2007-08 co has paid I.Tax & also in F.A.2008-09.
in tally the payment of I. tax is still refecting and it is incresing when i pay I.Tax for 2009-10 should i delete that entry in the tally or not than what should i do

Please open other account Advance tax (2008-2009)
Previous account will be adjusted with provision for income tax & self assesment tax , TDS paid, tcs paid, etc. all detail you will fiend in advance tax schudle in balace sheet. &differece will be written off whih profit & loss account. its will be made by a Expert accountant in your company or contact to your Charterd Accountant.
