Dear,
that is to say i have made return file for the a.y 2011-12, for deemed business income u/s-44AD in itr-4 instead of itr-4s due to some technical problem. there is claim for refund of 43000 around.
please suggest me wheather it would proceed or not, if no what procedure we have to follow.
