can any one provide me the salary break up for a director or CEO for maximum tax saving
monthly salary is 1,50,000/-
yearly salary is 18,00,000/-

Simply go for basic of 50%, HRA 25% or 30%, travelling allowance-Rs. 800 pm medical expenses reimbursement of Rs.15000 pa (subject to submission of medical bills) balance through other allowances
