Is it mandatory to furnish accounts for 3 years along with 12A application of a trust? Can a newly formed trust cannot apply for 12A registration? Have to wait till three years?

you can apply any time. No need to wait for 3 years.
Not mandatory for new trust, however if registered for more than 3 years then you have to submit ITR and audit report, balance sheet etc. It also proves that you are doing charitable activity and filing return.
