Hi,

An employee join in our company in the m/o september 2010. He can avail HRA exemption in our company if he give salary slip of that company and as well as his TDS deducted in previous co. is adjustable in our company?

Please help me asap.

Yes you can adjust Employee tds with previous company . or you can take form 12B From the employee.
