Income head for part time accounting work

I am working as part time accountant in different firms. In which income head I should file my itr? Under salary Income or as business or profession head by opting 44 ADA? None of my employee not deduct tds , So when i choose to file under salary income is there will issue of any IT notice ?

You can file ITR 3 as Income from PGBP

agree with Jatin, go for ITR 3 showing income from profession..... select business code 16002 and opt for presumptive taxation u/s 44ADA.... hope this helps you out.

What about if you have income from tds and gst returns filing and other miscellaneous audit assignments
