It depends on the facts of the case….
If you are giving professional teaching and is not engaged in any other business or professional activity, then it will constitute as PGBP income…
On the contrary, if you provide home tution and is also engaged in some other activity, then it will be taxable as Income From Other Sources….
Income of daily basis labourman will taxable under the head of salary.
