Hi ,

Income from services rendered by Purohit ( Performaing Pooja , Homam , etc.,)

can Income be filed under Presumptive income scheme and file ITR4 ? Income Statement and Balance sheet Filed in the previous years .

Will filed under Presumptive scheme effect the Ability to take Housong loan in future ?

Yes ITR4 can be opted. Ability to obtain housing loan depends upon the bank.

YES File ITR 4 ITR 4 become basis of income proof for bank loan in future.
