kindly help me in this case
My client is a Doctor and also Proprietor of Scan Centre. His income is above 15 lakhs. May i argue the consulting fees (ie) Professional income is below 10 lakhs and the balance is business income inorder to avoid Tax Audit.. kindly explain with case laws.

consultation fees through scan centre must have been routed through accounts, go in depth for same .

In my opinion to run a scan centre can also be included as a profession as it requires specialised knowledge. To report on a Scan can not be told as a business as it requires opinion of a qualified professional.
