11 April 2009Can anybody tell me how to make tax planning inrespect of income from salary, when employer has directed the employee to give components of salary as per his choice. Plz let me know tax planning other than RPF Contribution, PPF, LIC, Reimbursement of Telophone and Medical Bills .

i AM SALARIED PERSON & FILED " NIL" RETURN FOR a.y. 2006-07 ON 1ST JULY,2008. Now i have recd show cause notice from IT dept for penalty u/s 271F. pls let me know whether i am liable to pay penalty ot not.
