22 March 2016If we register the Leave and Licence Agreement or Rent Agreement for residential House in court, then can we deduct the Stamp duty + Court Fee + Brokerage charges from Income from property? Thank you!

No such deduction will be allowed because you get a fixed standard deduction of 30% of rental income, which covers more than all of your expenses.
