If an Individual received Pension from Government on behalf of her husband. ( Husband no more ) . Which ITR form should use to this assessee? ( ITR1 or ITR 4 ) .
Note: She is a homemaker.

1. ITR 1 is applicable
2. exemption u/s 57 iia is also available i.e 1/3 of family pension or 15000/- which ever is less.

I agree with tax pandit statements,You can esaily use ITR -1, because it is family pansion.
