income from partnership firm as a partner
ITR 3 OR OTHER ITR. Nature of business.,balace sheet and proft/loss account not possible fil up. Please guide me.

If partner is not having any proprietorship businessm no need to fill BS & P&L acc.
But nature of business code of partnership firm is required to be filled in partner's ITR, without which it is not allowed to validate ITR; so, that is utility problem.
