I was an NRI for FY22-23. Stayed in USA from 01 Apr 22 - 18 Jan 23. From 23rd January I am employed in India. I received salary in USA for 18 days. Do I need to declare salary received in USA in my returns for FY22-23? Tax has been deducted for salary in USA.

No. Only income earned in India will be assessable for NRI.
