Income from organizing exhibitions

We are planning to start a business (Firm) of exhibition where :
1. Big hall is taken on rent on periodic basis (location keeps changing).
2. Its divided into 25 stalls and given on rent to small traders.

What are the tax implications for the above business.

According to me :
A. TDS is to deducted while paying rent to the owner.
B. GST applicable at 18% for bills raised to small traders.

I feel below registrations are required :
1. Partnership Agreement.
2. PAN.
3. TDS.
4. TAN.

Please guide me.
Thanks

Is your Business  firm /office   location is fix place  or keep changing ?.

The exhibition place keeps changing

If you exhibition business place  is keep changing no fix place  then  you can  take registration under Casual taxable person , where in you have to deposit  advance   tax  in an equivalent  to the estimated tax liability , please  read  with  section 27 of the CGST act 2017  with rule 15  of the CGST  rule 2017 . I  just  suggest  you ,you can take others opinion  .

Thanks
Am I right in other points

well come Sir

Hi
Further if the place keeps changing within a state, does casual taxable person registration still applies?

For supply in same state no need to take multiple registrations, only place of supply will change.

for supply in another state other than your registered state then separate registration required, you may register as casual taxable person

(Note- for supply in same state vertical registrations are possible for different businesses)
