Hi I have a file in which husband and wife gets income from a rental property owned jointly by them (1:1). They have a housing also jontly.
Can they both claim principle repayment deduction fully for each of them?

Hi Merina,
They can claim interest and principle on proportionate basis i.e., 1:1.
