Income from icici life insurance
Sir I am working with icici Life insurance as agent and gain the commission about for Rs 4.00 Lac Sir I want to know that this Income can claim under section 44AD with the business code 13011 Life insurance.Please guide me Thanks

No. Commission income cannot be declared under sec. 44AD of the act.
You will be required to file ITR 3 under normal mode as books of accounts maintained.
