If HP is Partly used for LOP and partly used as SOP during prevoius year.. then what would be the treatment for that House Property.?
in such case is it considered as LOP for Whole Year....? pls suggest

Yes, it will be treated as LOP,
since the act only requires that the property is let out at any time of the year, even a day.
Accordingly GAV wil change, not just deduction for Municpal taxes and interest allowed ......
