Can a father treat his son as payin Guest and charge amount received from his son as IFHP, the son receives such amount from his employer as HRA Rebate ?

son, get HRA after produce rent receipt or agreement as well as father can treat IFHS

Yes ........possible.
As Section 10(13A) prohibits only when person pays rent to himself or when he pays no rent for occupation of accomodation.
