arrears of municipal tax should be deducted from gross annual income ?

Municipal taxes actualy paid and borne by the assessee during the previous year only can be deducted form Gross annual value .

amount of municipal tax which is paid during the previous year only can deductable.

You can deduct full amount of municipal tax paid during the previous year
