The client's second flat is vacant throughout the 12 months
The Municpal rateable value as per Corp Tax = 7650
The rent that could have been received (actually not received) = 180000 per annum
Property Tax paid by my client is = 8452.
What is the income from houe property.??

put it in the itr2 java or excel sheet, income will antomaticll me calculated, if manual then rent - tax x 70% = income single owner income

No iam asking in HP sheet
1) I should put 180000 in (a) or 7650
2) Client did not receive anything means it was locked (fully vacant) so (b) should be again 180000 or 0
