I will received a handsum amount as commission/brokarage from a real estate dealer. I want that money in my account. is there any porblem to deposit the amount in my bank account ..the dealer said he will give all valid paper.

Yes You can do it. Show it in income from other source.
yes you can deposit your money in bank....
income received from commission / brokerage will come under PGBP and not under other source....
