Income from chiti business
hai, Assessee has a Income from profession (Lawyer) and also income from CHITI Business all Chitit amount is received through Bank. My Query is How he can show the income of Chiti business

Thank you Mr. Manoj, if it is shown under the head of income from other sources we can shown only the commission income but not the TOTAL Bank transactions amount. in future if the IT Department raises a question regarding this transactions we are unable to make it clear ( he is not mantaining books of accounts). so, is it possible to disclose these transactions in the ITR
