All of seniors, I have some confusion about the filling of ITR-I Column No. 2 As Income Chargeable from house property. I have one House which availed by the Departmental HBL Loan. And this HBL Princ. + Interest have been deducted by my Salary month wise. In this regard In Columb No. 2 in ITR-I may fill by me, if yes how to calculate my house property loss?

Rent income received - Interest of Housing loan repaid during the year ( in case of the property is let out and you are availing HRA)
if you are living in house then rent income would be zero and no HRA, negative balance of interest paid would be the content of that column
