One of my Friend's company having sales Team where the company is manufacturer of Pharma products. The sales team used to get Incentives on the sales done by them. My query is whether the incentives received on sales turnover is Taxable or Not.

Yes, If any employee is getting Incentive on sales it will come under income head "Income from Salary" and will be taxable accordingly...

Yes. tds will be applicable. It will be trated as salary.
