Incentive paid

Hello Experts,
I have query that one of the employee has received incentives and the same has been paid through online transfer.

During that month salary slip it has shown as Earnings in the Earnings side and also it has shown under deduction side.

Is this a correct process please let me know . Also do each company has different process like this please explain.
