we are car dealership purchasing car interstate .receiving claims of incentives and warranty claims after rasing gst invoices and utilising igst for payment.
are we liable to raise the invoices
If you are receiving the incentives the co. should issue you the Credit Note ... Your Input Tax will be reduce
And , if you are raising the Invoice , the output Tax liability will increase ..... i could not get you that how can it is utilised for IGST payment ????
