INC 9 is basically a declaration in the form of affidavit given by the first director and the subscriber of the Company that such a Director has not been convicted under any act and has not been found guility of any offence and has made all the Compliances with respect to filing of all the respective documents with ROC
still Form INC-9 requires 100 rupees stamp paper or exemption notified ????
