If the period of appointment is for a year...the..... appointment is made every year..., so ADT-1 shall be filed every year after AGM in which appointment takes place...
If the period of appointment is for more than one year ...then at the time of appointment ADT-1 is necessary...but for subsequent years...it's not required to be filed...since ADT-1 is for appointment not for ratification.
