In INC 22, rent agreement seems to be a compulsory document. What if person doesn't have a registered rent agreement. He can provide Utility bill and NOC from owner. Will that suffice or is there a way out

I have incorporated companies by attaching NOC and utility bill only

Yes...for incorporation only utility bill and noc is required. However in INC 22, remt agreement is also a mandatory document. What is the way out if rent agreement is in the name of mother and utility bill in the name of son..
