x pvt ltd want to change the register office of the company the new address is owned by director's father whether there is requirment of rent agreement in attachment in form inc-22 or Noc is enough

Hi,
Rent Agreement is not necessary. A proper NOC / Consent to use premises alongwith proof of address will be sufficient.
