My lawyer assures me that because my company was incorporated in Sept 2013 (before new companies act went into effect), that I do not/did not need to file INC-21. I just wanted confirmation on that.

Hi CVA Murthy,
If the company is incorporated according to the laws & rules of companies act 1956 then you are not required to file INC 21, but if you incoprated the company accoring to companies act 2013 then you have to file the INC 21.
