Hii

While filling INC 21 form, INC 10 is required to be attached.

In INC 21 it is mentioned that INC 10 should be verified by banker and in form INC 10 it says that it can be attested by banker/notary.

So please clear my doubt as who will verify and attest INC 10 for the purpose to be attached with INC 21.

Attestation by notary is also acceptable. We have incorporated company with INC.10 duly notarised.
