Inc - 1 not available on mca site

Hi Friends,

I am not able to find FORM INC - 1 on MCA site, what is reason ? for new companies, they can file through SPICE but if the existing company wants to change the name, how to find out name availability ! , when I use old FORM INC - 1, it says as it is old Form, what shall I do.
