If out of 4 Directors in a company 3 have active DIN and 1 has inactive DIN due to non filing of DIR3KYC - can such company continue to do its required filings to MCA like MGT-7 etc... using the DSC of other Directors? Just want to understand the impact of having a Director on the board to the company who has inactive DIN. Thank you for immediate response.
