No need to show purchase if there is no claim of ITC.

You should show all purchases which are made under Your GSTN in table 4 under Row A (5) & at the same show the reversal Under Table 4 , Row B(2)
Note : Because all such inward supplies which are done on your GSTN is going to reflect in GSTR 2a & to file your annual return this column (in 3b) fiqures going to reported therein
