Indian importer is importing Profile Measuring Technology, hardware supply plus software services on hotline/ remote/free update) , maintenance contract from Germany. They will man at our sites need based. Is it OIDAR .

Kindly guide us about customs duty/ withholding taxation and other applicable rules to conclude this buy deal. Their will be regular data integration , configuration between Germany seller and Indian buyer.
