Imported machinery free from custom duty

Dear Sir,

We are register in Central Excise and also register in Import Raw Material or Capital goods against Concessional rate of duty, we want to sale the capital goods like Machine. 

 We want to know how many days the machine is free from custom duty so that we sale this machine only paid Central excise duty not Custom duty

You have to pay the customs duty @  todays rate as per the value available in the bill of Entry. And if the material is lying in the warehouse then interest alos will charge.
