Imported goods payment

I have imported goods from china, but on behalf of my Indian company i paid through UAE company. i thought Next time when the goods receive to UAE i pay from here, but now our Vendor closed the company due to their dispute. We cant import the goods from them. Now how i can map the payment. is i face any problem legally or next import
