I shall contribute the first set of important questions and topics
paper name : Costing and Financial Management
Topics: Fund Flow statement, Cost of capital,Marginal costing for 20 marks.
Other topics to be concentrated: Standard Costing, cost accounting systems
Theory: I have been trying for a soft copy of the 60 questions given by a leading professor of costing. Last time he gave and questions from the same list came. I shall try and attach that soon.
Paper: Income Tax.
Questions: Residential status and allied topics, Capital gains will be tested seriously and Important questions soft copy shall be attached soon. This is the most credible list of questions one can get. I got 54 and 50 in last 2 attempts in tax by reading these questions just for a day

The auditing paper seems to have been easy. The trend seems to be like last time wherein the first group was not tested seriously and second group was taxed. Lets hope such attrocities are not done for 2nd group.

hey guys, sorry for the delay.
I myself am expecting those copies very badly. They are very useful. as i completed class 2 sessions back. I am finding it difficult to find students of the current batch for questions. as far as i know. they are very good credible set of questions.
Others in other part of the country please update on what ur professors have said on the most important topics or most expected topics

Friends, i appreciate ur contributions..
But i think CA EXAMS are always the most unpredictable... Noone can say or challenge some particular topics or questions...
Anywz, few of my seniors as well as teachers told me some topics that i'm sharing with u all...
For upcoming group II,
1. Income Tax :
The most important topic here is CAPITAL GAIN,, secondly, a 20 mark Q is alwz been asked from PGBP/SALARY.... IOS can fetch 5-10 marks, also other 5 marks in miscellaneous...
2. COSTING/FM
In costing, PROCESS, STANDARD, BUDGETARY CONTROL are considered very important...
While, in FM, i think CAPITAL BUDGETING is one that can disturb student a l'le bit and so ICAI may ask that..
3. SM/IT...
In IT.., one of the most important topics have been 'NETWORKINGS"..
While, for SM., i don't have much importance...

Important news guys.
The topics is mock test paper for PCC have been tested for 20 marks in accounts , law and auditing. please look into the concepts of costing and fm also from mock test paper and check whether you know all the concepts listed there

I personally expect less of thery in both sections. checck all fundamental problems from all topics for the smaller sections of problems of 2 and 3 marks
