kindly guide me for following issue:
As per taxaudit , amount of Vat receivable is rs. 300000/- and after Vat audit and final assessment amount received is Rs. 360000/- then whether this excess rs. 60000/- is taxable in income tax act or should be credited into capital account directly .
If we show this amount directly in capital account whthr it would be violation of any IT provision.
let me know.

Hi Riddhmima,
After your B.Com you can take up CWA course with an intimation to CA Institute if you are doing Articleship.. There is no reciprocal agreement between ICAI & ICWAI, so you cannot get any exemption. With B.Com you join ICWA Inter Level thereafter you will be left with Final.
There are 6 papers at Inter Level...

hi ridhima, nowadays i have seen that many huge companies do not bother to take note of courses like cwa or cs. if you are chartered accountant and you have degree for eg. mba, cfa(us), you surely have an advantage. but doing cwa will in no way cause you any loss. any how, learning something new is always good. i am also doing CA and CS at the same time. but i registered for CS after my graduation. this is my personal opinion to you. its you who have to decide. best of luck.

Hey Riddhima.......there is ample of opportunities....for professionals....practically speaking...if you cleared ur finals in a single..attempt...
both are good CWA or CS...
CWA is less theoritical than CS....
CS is a law based course If you are good in theories....then You can try CS....or You may go for CWA..
best of Luck....for the future...
