Backing out Of Ca course Becoz of Aforesaid Reason is not at all Acceptable at this level......
Classes to Certain Extent do helps,Specailly in case of Practical papers, but it is not the ultimatum......from my Point of view Classes Provides little cushion...... but no matter what classes you do..still you are all alone on your way......its Concepts....that u need to understand & for that you don't need classes...... i guess if your a Sincere & hardworking you don't need classes otherway u can get classes notes & can do it on your own....

Backing out of CA course due to lack of money to attend tuitions is COWARDICE. A student will obviously have known about how difficult the course is. He / she is expected to have an idea of what it takes to clear these exams.
Anyway, I think that such students must download study material notes & suggestions. Self-study techniques posted on this website are really helpful. And am not saying fo the hec of it.
I myself study on my own and seek guidance from this website.....
The point is, there are always ways to get through anything, if you have the will to do so.
And if you drop CA bcoz u cudn't attend classes, then this course is really not your dream and you should be ashamed of yourself for wasting your parents' money by even entering the course!!

Classes are necessary but this dosen't mean that if you don't attend classes you will not become a Chartered Accountant.
Tutions are only helpfull for a CA student in getting the direction towards wat to study, how much to study and when to study. It just gives us the direction or path but it is ultimately we the students who have to walk over the path and reach the goal. But this will be possible only with perfect planning & regorious attempt towards achieving the goal.
Its the human mentality to recollect things for a longer time wat we here and listen than wat we study. That's the reason why students feel that tutions are necessary for a CA student and without tutions we cannot clear CA.

CA course requires lot of application of techniue in solving problems within the time span of exam. Tution helps to learn it in it's application. But still i beleave your own independent effort by continous practice, hard work will definitely reach you in the goal. Think positive and involve yourself totally in this course, you will get it.

Many thanks for all writers who write this. I also think that TUITIONS is not compulsory. It is decided by student that TUITION is necessary for him OR NOT.

Well in my view tutions r not compulsory. I know some persons who cleared CA witout taking any classes or by taking 1-2 classes... Classes do help but its not necessity.. If u have Strong determination then you can achieve anythng

'Importance' is a relative term. For someone, Rs 1lac cud be a huge amount. For another, it could be peanuts.
So the onus is upon the student to decide whether he is sure that self-study will sail him through or not.....

sharmishta tutions are always good if da teacher is good. You do selfstudy for once chapter- in dat case u have to learn thng urself, find out logic urself, if u have problem ur not sure wid whom u should discuss and you dont even knw wat is imp in a chapter n wat is not. On the contrary if u do a tution- der is an expert who already knws ans to all da above ques n would b happy to share it wid u and further another benefit is your course will get completed once when u finish da tutions, after dat u will jus have to revise it twice or thrice. I hope you got my point
