Now-a-days students are more tend to utilise the time for the purpose of preparing for professional exams, but however they forget to keep a watch on their body which is an important weapon in their arsenal for the purpose of clearing the exams.
During exam time students are often in dilemma whether to go for exercise or not or just to utilise every moment of remaining time for the purpose of preparing exams and completing the revision of the remaining portion. The basic advice to students of the professional exams is that kindly keep an eye on the health and also help your mind and body to be in relax state before and during the preparation of exams. Students must take up basic activities like walking, brisk walking, swimming, cycling, basic stretching and meditation (the best).
Doing this exercises for 1hr for a day will help to take your mind away from the stress of studies and even help to form a strategy for the purpose of studying, Studying for 10-12 hours for a day can be boring as well as mentally tiring job for that purpose mental as well as physical health is important. "A good mind resides in fit body" is the famous quote which we have all heard, for the purpose of keeping healthy exercise is important, so as to have your mind work in full force towards achieving your target.
Exercise also helps to keep our mind to be free from negative thoughts as it helps us to focus on the exercises that we do during that period of time. Exercise will also help students to prevent their body from various disease such as obesity and diabetes. Proper eating along with proper exercise will help the students to maintain the fitness during exams and have an edge over others for the exams.
Many students prefer gym for exercise (which generally I don't prefer), but still if someone has joined the gym in no case during exams one must workout for than one hour in the exam. All the best students who are going to appear in the coming exams.
